Terms and Conditions for T-Shirt Printing South Africa

USER AGREEMENT
At T-Shirt Printing South Africa, we take pride in the quality of our products, prints, and services. However, please understand that certain circumstances beyond our control may affect your order. We cannot be held responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer during the design process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
• Delivery and shipping times.

All purchases are made-to-order, so please review your designs, product choices, and size specifications carefully before placing your order. To keep costs down, we do not proof designs for approval prior to processing. However, a ‘Proof Add-on’ is available at checkout for an additional fee if you desire extra assurance.

PRINT METHOD

The print method used for your job will be determined at our discretion based on quantity, colors in print, and required turnaround time. Our guidelines are as follows:

• Less than 20 units = DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
• Photographic images/high detail/multi-colored = DTG
• 1-2 color prints of 20+ units (per design) = Screen Print
• 3-4 color prints of 50+ units (per design) = Screen Print
• 5-6 color prints of 100+ units (per design) = Screen Print

If no preferred print method is communicated by the customer, we reserve the right to make the final decision without liability for any dissatisfaction with the print outcome.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Customers must provide all necessary digital art files for printing. We do not create or edit customer artwork. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their art meets quality and resolution standards. We reserve the right to deny printing services if the artwork does not meet our guidelines.Artwork Formats Accepted:

• Vector PDF
• PDF
• PNG

We do not guarantee printing of any line or text that is less than 3 pixels wide or smaller than 6pt font. Color matching may vary due to different factors; we recommend ordering a sample shirt if a specific outcome is required.

DIGITAL MOCKUPS

We provide digital mockups to illustrate how your print might look on the selected garment. These mockups are not exact representations of the finished product. By approving a digital mockup, you accept full responsibility for any issues shown, including typos, incorrect colors, and placement discrepancies.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our fast processing times, changes or cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of placing your order for standard turnaround orders. No changes or cancellations are accepted for rush or 24-hour turnaround orders. If you wish to cancel an order, you can choose between:

1. A credit to your account for the total spend value.
2. A cash refund minus a 20% processing fee.

GARMENTS

It is the customer’s responsibility to select garments accurately. While we may offer suggestions, we are not liable for any issues related to garment selection or quality.

TURNAROUND POLICIES

Turnaround times are estimates and can be affected by various factors. They are calculated from one business day after an order is finalized until it ships from our facility. Shipping times are outside our control.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please note that T-Shirt Printing South Africa does not offer refunds on orders once they have been processed. We encourage customers to plan ahead and ensure all details are correct before finalizing their orders.For further inquiries or assistance, please contact us:
